Need help to prepare a paper in which I address the following as it relates to an organization (Any organization would be fine with me):

b. Describe the roles and responsibilities that organizational managers and leaders play in creating and maintaining a healthyorganizational culture.
c. Evaluate the impact of globalization and management across borders.

d. Recommend at least two strategies that organizational managers and leaders can use to create and maintain a healthy organizational culture.
e. Support your recommendations
