For this assessment you need to create a report for a museum or gallery (London) based on their most recent financial statement:

Examine one independent museum or gallery in the UK. Produce a report for DCMS making a case of why the independent museum/ gallery should receive public funding. Use examples of their work to back up your arguments. The ability to form an argument, use of raw data, knowledge of current cultural trends and your ability to produce an accessible piece of work would be marked. Please find separately attached a list of independent museums and galleries (you can chose any organisation and ask them for their most recent financial statement, better to use a small organisation rather huge one like National Gallery) and examples of reports.
