Try to look at the bigger picture €“ all the signs and symptoms point to a particular direction and even if one or two are close the rationale needs to be presented and made clear. 2. Add more depth to the discussion €“ the analysis needs to focus on pathophysiology and the change and adaptations of the body to that. These will link to the signs/symptoms. Show potential pathologies and using the clues which are to be eliminated and which are possible and need further investigation. Your Q3 was not a natural deduction form the discussion prior to that €“ it seems you cannot link up clinical, laboratory and then pathology €“ which is unfortunate. This is evident in the choice of investigations too quite random. 3. You need to focus on what is a cause and what is a sign/feature and then link to a pathological process €“ do not add or make up aspects of the scenario, this makes it more confusing for you and me!! 4. You have used a range of literature sources and some are pertinent but some are quite odd €“ books on paediatric problems €“ why? This does seem rather random.
