1. Complete and Score: self-assessments. (you can find it in the pdf). I did this part. My test scores on the first one about (Foundations of development) is +3. The second test about ( Foundations of planning ) my scores for items (1-4) is 5.25, for items( 5-8) is 7 and for items ( 9-12) is 7 also. (you can find it in the pdf)
3. Read ALL Analysis and Interpretation and Skill Basics for chapters 4 & 5(you can find it in the pdf).
4. Keep a journal of observed creativity expression and goal setting opportunities.
5. look back over the results of all your self-assessment surveys and your journal. That do they tell you about your management skills?
6. According to the questionnaire and readings, what areas do you feel that you need to improve the most? What behaviors or specific incidents, either at work or outside of it, support the questionnaire results? What behaviors or specific incidents contradict the results?
For this assignment, if you are not presently in a work environment, you may use previous work experiences for your examples or attempt to apply the assignment to your current situations involving school, family or friends. The objective is to observe similar situations and practice the skills being studied.
