Did it contain the essential elements of enforceability? Did you learn anything from this experience, and if so, what would you do differently in entering into future contracts?

Discussion 4: Describe the general process of initiating a civil lawsuit, including the documents generally required and the considerations in determining the basis of a valid claim. As a defendant, what are your general rights and responsibilities in a civil lawsuit?
