It is important for managers to be able to communicate in different ways, including: written, oral, and visual communication. The objective of this assignment is to

demonstrate your ability to develop and support a written argument. I would like you to select a management challenge (i.e., ethics, social responsibility, sustainable

management, workforce diversity, globalization, e-business, etc.) and justify why it is the most challenging issue for managers to address. You should include at least

three main points to support your argument. The paper must be 5000 words in length (approximately ten pages), use Times New Roman Font Size 12, and include a minimum

of ten academic sources. APA, MLA, or Chicago citation style can be used as long as you use the same citation style throughout your paper.

3. Justify why this challenge is the most important (include at least 3 points to support your argument)
4. Suggest ways in which managers can address this challenge
5. Cite at least ten academic sources that support your thinking using APA, MLA or Chicago
