We are currently studying about Mendelian genetics/traits etc. Thisquestion came up during the lectures in class today, “If you werestudying a newly discovered trait in corn plants and you crosses two true breeding strains for this trait to produce a bunch of plants that were heterozygous for the trait, what would you lookfor in the F2 generation to determine if this trait follows a Mendelian pattern of in heritance?”
