Details about program: The program is taught by leading practitioners in the HR industry, our curriculum equips you to effectively manage human capital in today’s global organizations. It explores the principles of human resource management in a global economy, introduces you to quantitative modeling as a means of decision making, and delves into business strategy and ethics. The program allows you to develop a specialized orientation grounded in case studies and innovative practice in one of three areas: human resource development, organizational effectiveness, or human resource management.

Career goals: Become the Chief of the, Learning and Career Development Branch (LCDB) of the Human Resource Management Division (HRMD) for Department Of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons.
The mission of the LCDB is to develop, issue, and provide guidance on national training policy; assist in the use of existing and new technology as it relates to staff development; identify leadership training programs which will assist employees in the development and enhancement of leadership and management skills; serves as a conduit in the development and coordination of national training programs and initiatives.

The incumbent is responsible for managing and supervising the design, development, delivery, maintenance, and evaluation of curricula for training programs at the Management and Specialty Training Center, Aurora Colorado, and the Staff Training Academy, Glynco, Georgia as well as directing the Federal Bureau of Prisons Executive Development Program.
