When looking at the difference in the measurements this week, I choose gamma as it seems to fit the criteria for measuring two ordinal variables which is what I feel fits my study the best.

Looking at the symmetric measures on the chart below the value is .863 which shows a positive association between the two variables. If one were to change the decimal to a percent it would be 86% showing a strong relationship between the variables of suicide and letting die. This would prove my research hypotheses of “If a person is in agreement with suicide due to an incurable disease, would also be in agreement to allow the person to die?” to be true. My null hypotheses of “There is no relationship between attitudes of suicide and letting one die if diagnosed with an incurable disease.” This would prove my null hypotheses to be incorrect.
