Based on the article by Judge and Piccolo (2004) answer the following questions:
1. What is the augmentation effect?
2. Based on mean uncorrected correlations, what has a stronger overall effect- transformational or contingent reward leadership (Table 1)?
3. Does transformational leadership have a greater effect on follower job satisfaction or group performance based on estimated true score correlations (Table 2)?
4. What has a stronger relationship (positive or negative) with follower satisfaction with the leader- MBE-active, MBE-passive, or Laissez-Faire based on estimated true score correlations (Table 3)?
5. Is transformational leadership less effective in business or the military (Table 4)?
