Topic: Toward Leadership in a Global Society

Throughout this course you have been reflecting on your own leadership practices and potentialities, as well as on the leadership of 2 different exemplary leaders of social change. In an exercise similar to Module 6’s discussion, choose 3 theories (different from the ones you chose for the Discussion) and analyze your own leadership and that of your 2 exemplars. In doing so, clarify the setting or cultural issue and the positive social change exemplified by your chosen leaders and your own past, present, or future efforts to bring about change. In regard to your own leadership, focus on efforts at changes in specific learning settings.

If you did not chose to analyze yourself and the 2 leaders in light of situational leadership and leadership ethics, conclude your essay in consideration of one of these topics.
