REFLECTION PAPER ASSIGNMENT

Understanding oneself and his or her capabilities as a leader and manager are an important component of development in today’s health care environment.
For this assignment, students will complete online assessments of leadership and management skills, and develop a reflection on personal strengths and areas for improvement. Based on current literature, the student will outline a personal plan for growth and development in leadership and management skills.
1. Reviewing the results of the two skills assessments, write an APA 6th edition formatted paper (suggested 4-5 pages, excluding title and reference pages), including the following topics
a. identified areas of strength,
b. identified areas for improvement,
c. a development plan to address the areas for improvement, and
d. the connection of the above to leadership/management literature (at least 5 sources/references)
