Paper instructions:
Present an overview of leadership and select a leadership focus area to discuss in the paper. Use the readings from the Northouse text (but not a book report) and scholarly resources on this topic/focus area (peer reviewed). Read two resources, and write a 3-5 page paper (not counting title and reference pages) summarizing what you have learned from the reading about leadership in general and this topic. This is NOT a summary of the book, but a thematic graduate approach to explore the topic. Use proper APA formatting; include a title page, reference page; write in third person.
