Land related case/ dispute in UAE

Student will research ( online) details for any legal case/ municipal dispute related to urban planning or land development ( at a city or neighborhood level )in a 3 page report student will provide the details of the case, and their own opinion (judgment )on the case. The opinion should be supported by applicable concept of Islamic law
