as comparisons to other states.

4.Write a history of an ethnic group in California. How has your group of choice fared in the State’s history? What challenges has your group faced, and what

have been the methods to overcome these challenges? Finally, consider the

contemporary challenges that your group currently faces. Is history repeating?
