David Harvey asserts in his book that there is a New Imperialism. To what extent is this assertion correct? Using readings from the course as a means of COMPARISON, plus using
additional outside research, take an issue, country or geographical region and analyze the modes of external control in play. How are they reshaping the nature of governance and control in that region?
