Summary
The summary is a bow on this package. It is not a table of contents in prose format. You should highlight what you will do to embody all of Clouds (2006) three essential elements and six character dimensions so you can be the best leader you can be.

What I like about each of you is that through your discussions and papers, you have exhibited the qualities of effective leaders. All of you are already leaders and your time and attention to all of the details of your work are graciously acknowledged.
