Assignment Description: The goal of this assignment is for you to assess your individual personality, strengths and business competencies and how they relate to, and are a good fit for, your intended career goals. In about a 3 to 5 page write-up, you should:

1) give a very brief executive summary of your overall self-assessment,
2) clearly explain your individual results of each of the selfassessments, and
3) relate what you have learned about yourself to your career goals.
