You are assigned to a police district as a plainclothes officer. As such you are part of a team charged with investigating more serious crimes and are free from being tied to a radio and responding to disturbances and handling traffic accidents. The following issue has been passed to you for action and possible solutions.
There have been reports of drugs being sold from a house in your town. Neighbors report that cars approach the house and people enter and leave after a few minutes. In addition there have been quality of life problems in that area. Things like graffiti, public drinking, and loud music have been reported.
