Identify a patient problem in your clinical area in which the patient assessment revealed abnormal data. Develop a holistic theory based nursing process care plan for the patient (form attached). Consider culture, teaching and learning concepts in the plan. An example of a Holistic theory based nursing process is located in the syllabus. Review the four major nursing theories in this program (Caring, Modeling and Role Modeling, Neumans Systems, Roys Adaptation Theory) and select the one which fits the patient situation you select from your practice.
