discuss at a minimum how the pay system will support the business strategy, the key steps in formulating the total compensation strategy, source of competitive advantage, how the new system motivates behavior, how employees will be evaluated, how the pay levels are designed, and what steps this new system will employ to retain key employees. As you conduct your secondary and/or primary research, you should also develop a well-developed strategy as to how to implement your strategy into this organization and how you would communicate this strategy to all members of the organization from entry level employee to senior management.
