1) Details for Workstation Assessment Audit: Choose a specific workstation and write 2-3 pages about the assessment, attach or include your audit checklist and

findings.

2) Early Intervention Plan: Write a plan for early intervention. Include management commitment, medical partnership, ergonomic assessment committees (by position of

line or department), job rotation, documentation and recordkeeping.
