As the HR manager of a resort in the Maldives, you were tasked to justify the hiring of the additional staff and provide supporting written documents, such as memos, reports, and letters.
Just a reminder for your assignment, You have to pass four parts of the assignment. First is a report to be presented to the General manager and Board of Director showing that you have the need and resources to recruit a Training Manager. Second is a Memo to recruit potential candidates with in the company. Third is to create 3 cv’s to represent the 3 candidates most fit for the position of Training Manager. Lastly, to create a letter for the Job Site asking them that you want to avail of their service and post a AD, plus create the AD to be posted on their website.
