Explain what the report is about in your own words. Paraphrase the words in the report into your own words. This assignment is to be done with an awareness for the explanation to be presented to a non business person. Therefore, the business vocabulary and terminology in the report must not be used without going into the contextual explanation of the meaning. The explanation must be in paragraph essay form of about the same length as the report.

Be sure to include the following as the teacher will allocate marks in these specific areas:

• To paraphrase the information under each paragraph in complete sentences, in paragraph form.
• If any graphs/statistics are given, please explain and discuss the graph or table of statistics, looking at perhaps the highest and lowest values in the graph or table.
• If any business term is used, make sure that the contextual explanation of the meaning is done.
