Ocean economy would mean the following areas:
Tourism
Fisheries
Ocean energy
Seabed mining
Biotechnology
Ocean knowledge
SIDS would be restricted to Indian Ocean small island countries (Mauritius, Seychelles, Madagascar, Comoros and Sri Lanka).
