Paper should include:

History of water service and the community it serves
Where does water come from
Daily, annual usage
How is it treated
How is system pressurized to deliver water
Type of piping used, standards used in installation
Type of hydrants, placement, number
If no hydrants where is water secured from for firefighting
Piping layout, grid tree etc.
Include a map of distribution if possible 8 ½ X 11
Copies of hydrant testing data from ISO reports? Department records
