Historical Essay about one aspect of Abraham Lincoln’s presidency.

An historical essay about how Abraham Lincoln’s political genius and how he choose his cabinet when he was president.  The book – Team of Rivals by Doris Kearns Goodwin goes into depth on this.
The purpose of this is to penetrate the popular mythology surrounding Lincoln and view his presidency with greater objectivity.  Need 5 to 6 references (no Wikipedia) with a works cited (bibliography) page.
Need at least 3 to 4 things pulled from the book and put in the essay (should be one of the references).
