Health Promotion and Education

You will write a 5-page report on an agency, organization, or program in your local state or community that addresses cross-cultural health issues. The 5-page term paper should be typed, double spaced, 1 margins, pages numbered, and written in professional English.
In addition to the 5 pages of text, a cover page with your name and title of the paper should be included, as well as a reference page at the end of the paper that cites multiple sources of information you may have used in order to write the report (websites, telephone interviews, personal tours, observations and meetings, agency literature, annual reports, or other forms of information.)
