Haplopappus gracilis is a diploid plan

Haplopappus gracilis is a diploid plant with only twopairs of chromosomes. Assume that a G1-stage cell of thisplant was growing in culture medium containing radioactive3H-thymidine. After one generation of growth on this medium, the cells were transferred to the medium with non-radioactivethymine and colchicin (does not allow cells to divide, stopdivision at metaphase) were allowed to grow for anothergeneration. Then the chromosomes were spread in the microscopeslide, stained, photographed and exposed to an emulsion sensitiveto low-energy radiation. Draw the metaphase cell of thisculture showing the predicted distribution of radioactivity on the autoradio graph.
