The trees will be at strategic places such as near the academic block where students can do their discussions and studies under shades. Some of the trees will be pre-proposalinstitutions like the U to engage in some of the methods of pollution prevention. Trees absorb carbon iv oxide from the atmosphere, a major cause of global warming. If we plant many trees in the campus, then the concentration of carbon iv oxide around the place will be low. The other benefit from trees is the prevention of soil erosion, beauty, and provision of moisture through rainfall.The project will benefit the campus by staining its ecosystem and providing a beautiful scene since some of the trees will include one with beautiful flowers.

Stakeholders

The tree planting project is quite involving and requires a lot of support from various partiesthe project will receive a go ahead to start the exercise without any troubles as it will comply with the university regulations. The other department to involve in the project is the Agricultural department to help in giving advice on the appropriate planting methods and the nutrients requirements for the trees. The other stakeholders will be the students’ body through participating at various levels of the project. First, there will be the administrative co-leader whose work will be to allocate various functions to different participants. The leader will decide the students to work with the administration, faculty, and the staff to enable completion of the project. The other one will be the project coordinator to oversee the progress of the project and ensure that all the parties play their part for the project to succeed. The coordinator will help in the decision-making that are very vital to the success of the tree student’s volunteer t assist in the project activities at various level during their appropriate time. The volunteers will be very helpful especially when the other stakeholders are busy with their academic work. The student

Benefit to UA Students

Students always go to other places and forts to carry out research on plants behaviour but with the implementation of this project, they will just carry most of their experiments inside the UA University. The UA students will also have cool places to carry out their group work activities. The other benefit to the students will be the provision of a relaxed atmosphere where they can stroll and enjoy a breeze during their leisure time. I feel that the project is worth funding by the Green Fund.

Projected Outcomes

The shades provided by the trees during the hot days will provide a good environment for the students who will be carrying out their discussions and studies outdoors. The cool breeze will provide the best campus atmosphere for all the students and stakeholders. The other benefits will be environmental preservation through prevention of soil erosion and reduction of the carbon IV oxide in the atmosphere. The absence of the gas reduces the greenhouse effect, which is the greatest stress to the environmentalist. The trees will also provide a beautiful environment especially the ones with coloured leaves and beautiful flowers, which will attract many students to study in the campus. The success of the project will encourage other project funders to consider UA University whenever they are giving grants to institutions. The university will have a good reputation especially concerning environmental conservation. During the world’s environmental day, the university can celebrate the success attained through this project. The University will probably win some awards and recognition for environmental conservation, an issue that disturbs many environmentalists in the world.
