1-Describe some of the recent geopolitical changes that have occurred on the European continent .

2- many impediments to Russia’s development exist. Which obstacles are functions of the country’s physical and human geography and which relate directly to the past communist regime(1924-1991) how do you think Russia could best take advantage of its many assets?
3- Define and critically analyze some of the internal (domestic and international) challenges that modern Russia is facing in light of its efforts to build a strong capitalist market and to revive its position as a world power.
