You are a change consultant and the HR Manager of Futronics Ltd. has contacted you to ask for your help in identifying what approach to organizational change you would recommend to ensure that Futronics can move forward with a more supportive culture.
The HR Manager has asked you to prepare a report that can be used to convince the senior management team that action is imperative and propose the type of initiatives that can effect a culture change and achieve employee engagement. Based on the information that you have, provide a report that makes recommendations for improvement, which is underpinned throughout with reference to an appropriate Soft System Model of change and theories in support of your recommendations.
You should prepare your report to be used by the HR Manager using up to 15 supporting appendices to demonstrate the techniques that can be applied to help analyse the situation and support any recommendations that you wish to propose.
