Procedure and Requirements: Teams select one HRM practice/tool (Interview) related to the Reward & compensation topic, and work on the tasks described below. Students do need to support their arguments with (academic) sources (APA-Style-References). A first draft will be shown to the instructor of findings during class. Students will then be allowed to proceed to the library to type their work on paper. The final work will consist of 3-5 pages.

1 Select one HRM Tool and apply the tool in practice (e.g. conducting an interview). Include the protocol of your tool in your final work (i.e. this is your introduction part) 1-2 pages
2 Explain why this tool is important in contemporary HRM (give 5 reasons and include the role of the external and global environment of today) 1-2 pages
3 Explain the major downsides of this tool (5 negative points) 1-2 pages
4 Explain what you have done during your interview to avoid falling in the traps you have mentioned in number 3 1-2 pages
5 Summary and Conclusion 1 page
