Consider a time when you forgave someone who treated you unjustly. Did you move through the states identified by Enright and his colleagues? What benefits did you experience? Conversely, describe a time when you asked for and received forgiveness. What process did you go through How did you and the relationship benefit? How does forgiveness impact the workplace?
