Topic: factors that improve organizational effectiveness

The requirements are to submit two papers:

1) Research proposal
2) Research itself.
3) it should take a qualitative approach as the attachment.

So, when you are done with the proposal, the same writer should write the research itself after I add my comments on the proposal.

How some factors could improve organizational effectiveness in the public sectors in UAE.

Aim

To explore important issues that affect organizational effectiveness in the public sectors in UAE.

Objectives

? Represent a literature review on the organizational effectiveness.

? Explore how organizational effectiveness is influenced by some factors.

? Recommend approaches to improve organizations and management models.

Moreover,

I have consulted the professor and he asked me the following:

? To define organizational effectiveness and demonstrate its constructs.
? To show what factors I am discussing and narrow those factors.
? To narrow my research boundaries, such as geographical boundaries, Ex, Abu Dhabi orgs.

(The deadline for the proposal is in one weeks ( 4 pages long with four accredited References at least,
and the research is due on 1st Dec, however, for several times within this period I have to show him my work so I can discuss with him the improvements)
