1. Make a list of 3 adjectives that describe how you feel about yourself. Provide examples of skills, abilities, hobbies, interests and roles to explain how each adjective accurately describes you.
2. Define particular others and generalized others. Provide examples of specific individuals and/or groups who fall under these categories that have influenced your selfconcept.
