Does Ethical Aversion Syndrome (EAS) theory explain the relationship between law enforcement administrators’ implementation of organizational ethics training and police officer perceptions of effective leadership, controlling for program funding, time constraints, and adequate staffing level barriers?
Hypothesis:
Low rates of organizational ethics training will result in negative perceptions of leadership effectiveness amongst police officers.
