You are required to complete the following tasks and submit your essay in the format provided below

Change is a consistent issue for the modern organisation. Discuss the various ways in which the employee may offer effective resistance to this change

The ESSAY should be based on the following outline:

1. Abstract: A statement of what you were asked to review and the key aspect of what you would recommend (10 marks and 200 words)

2. Introduction: A statement of objectives (what you propose to do) with a statement of what is not included. (20 marks and 400 words)

3. Main Body/Literary Review: The essay should have a definition(s) and a visual presentation (where relevant). It should include the debate about the strengths/weakness or the advantages/disadvantages and include the literature referencing that is required. An element of critical analysis that goes beyond description will be awarded credit, (40 marks and 800 words)

4. Summary/Conclusions. What did you find, these should be related specifically to your objectives (15 marks and 300 words)

A further 10 marks are awarded for Structural, Construction and Referencing demonstrations
