Your title needs a lot of work. First of all, what does early Europe mean? This paper entirely takes place in the last 100 years of history. People alive today lived through it. This topic is firmly in the modern era. Secondly, this paper should not only discuss fascism. Have the second ideology in the title. Third, you are discussing something about these ideologies at this time. Fit that in the title as well.
