COMPULSORY ELEMENTS within the Project Portfolio
1. Completed Project Plan – COMPULSORY (not included in word count)-
2. Illustrate use of financial learning in formulating the project budget COMPULSORY-should account for about 10% of the total work
3. Critically evaluate the place of IT skills within the development and presentation of your project COMPULSORY-should account for about 10% of the total work
4. Identify and critically reflect and analyse your own development over the past term, and consider those skills that you have identified as require further development and develop a plan for that development. COMPULSORY-should account for about 45% of the total work

CHOOSE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS IN ADDTION TO THE ABOVE FOUR ELEMENTS- should account for about 25% of the total work
1. Critically examine and illustrate through examples the use of communication skills within the team and project development phase.
2. Discuss your experiences so far of team work and team leadership within your project team
3. Reflective Journal as evidence of learning throughout the term
