•Provide examples from your own experiences as a health care consumer that illustrate relationships between and among direct- and indirect-care organizations.

•Identify the scope and range of at least four of these organizations, comparing and contrasting direct- and indirect-care organizations.

•Describe two or more insights you have gained about opportunities and challenges that health care consumers may experience in the U.S. health care delivery system.
