Developmental Stages of Early Childhood
1) Write an essay of 825 words that examines the developmental stages of children birth to age 8. Create and include in the essay two 150-200-word case studies (one should describe a child in Piaget’s sensori-motor stage of development and one in his pre-operational stage of development).
2) Research 2 articles on recent research on brain development. The balance of the essay should compare Piaget’s two developmental stages to what you find in your research.
