You should focus on the social-psychological environment, but consider also all aspects of teaching, learning and management that foster a positive and equitable classroom climate.
Importantly, you should consider ideas covered in this unit. For example, how will what you have learned about group development inform your classroom practice? What aspects of communication will you employ and teach to students to enable them to become more engaged?
Therefore, you should consider the practices you would employ and support their use with reference to theory and research.
