You are required to write a 2500 word critical analysis and evaluation of your retailer. The purpose of the report/document is to summarise key points about the e- fashion retailing industry, it should include analysis about target consumer behaviour, the marketing mix (include online product strategy; online price strategy; multichannel; online promotion) and a proposed growth strategy: it is a summary of your knowledge.
Choose an E-fashion retailer to analyse (eg. H&M, Topshop etc.).
The report should provide a synopsis of the online market and a proposal of potential future strategies for your retailer.
The main function of this type of document is to make it possible to quickly review the most important facts or points of a topic without having to read through what may be a substantial amount of data in full.
This type of report usually contains a brief introduction, provides essential background data (include graphs, tables etc.) to analyse about the topic area, and then moves on to providing brief summaries of the analysis associated with the topic areas.
Finally the report will outline the conclusions reached and strategies’ best suited to the target retailer and suggest possible courses of action based on those conclusions. It is to be a document that provides a quick, yet concise description of strategic ideas for the e-retail business.
