Each student must keep a creative journal, wherein you will record your reactions to each class. Your journal entries may take the form of discursive writing (imagine its a rather thoughtful blog), or poetry, drawings, collages, recorded music, etc. There should be a balance between discursive and creative entries, and definitely try out some varieties of expression which are new to you (i.e. dont make all your entries musical because you are a musician). The best format for your journal is probably a slightly oversized bound book with blank pages. Balance your entries out with different mediums. Consider even including audio files of songs/audible story/poem you made. Use your imagination and have fun, but please be conscientious, rather than haphazard or rushed.
