Training of employees is crucial for business operations. It facilitates creativity among employees and enhances productivity. Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) is a tool and mechanism through which organizations tend to gauge the care that individuals have towards the work they do(Crane & Crane, 2000). Individuals (Crane & Crane, 2000). Therefore, it is a significant tool in the management as it assists in correcting the pragmatic deficiencies that are recognized by team members.
Problem identification
A major problem in the organization entails training and exposure of newly hired management employees.
Identified Solutions
Essence of Proposed CQI Project
This CQI process is to assist in measuring the key processes and outcomes in the process of hiring employees and training them in the organization.Through the training processes, CQI will integrate all employees with the management thus being able to review critical quantitative data and major clinical hostile occurrences. Through the CQI, the organization will be able carefully to rank the identified problems associated with training and set objectives to meet them.
Additionally, the CQI the organization will be able to identify the ineffective management techniques and increase of solution offered a measure them in the highest priority areas. Ultimately, the CQI process provides education and training to managers and graduates on issues related to management and principles and practices of quality improvement(Huq & Martin, 2000). When training, the staffs are expected to adopt the essential tools like the work guidelines, surveys of the consumer and indicators used for quality measurement.

Required Resources
Trainers will be required to impart the necessary skills on the graduates, as well as the top management. Data collection tools are required when collecting information on the various stages of management improvement. Time as a resource is also essential thus the trainees must dedicate enough time for the CQI employee training process.
Estimated Cost/Budget
The cost of Hiring Experienced managers is quite high and estimated at US $ 5000. On the other hand, the management trainees will need trainers, and the estimated graduate trainees are to be 20. The trainers will be 5 given that for every four trainees one trainer is allocated. The cost of hiring each trainer for every hour is US$ 20, and the trainees are expected to be trained for 4 hours each day three days a week for three weeks. The training is expected to take six months in the year.
Cost Trainer per week = $20*4hours*3 days= $ 240
Every month= Cost every week*Number of training weeks(3)
=$240*3= $720
Total Cost of Training= Cost per Month* Number of Months* Number of Trainers
= $240* 6* 5
=$ 7200
Therefore, training of graduate employees seems to be cheaper than hiring experienced individuals though both are needed for efficient management. The CQI flowchart involved is illustrated in the diagram below.
