We will be a company based in China called the Majestic Group and what
you need to do is an analysis on each country with the questions
below. I will upload information about the entire project which you
can get information about the industry, the country, and of our
company. Please just make a country analysis dont write too much about
industry and company analysis.

How do the countries vary on relative attractiveness in this industry?
Consider market size,political risks, government policy toward trade
and FDI. What are the implications of these issues for your
negotiating strategy? You will need to do some research on China,
Russia, and Brazil(we are leaving the other countries out of the
simulation)in order to understand the relative advantages and
disadvantages of these markets. Page 16 of the participant manual
gives you some sources to start your research. Note: in preparation
for this simulation, you must develop an understanding of the broad
issues that relate to each country(level of political risk,volatility
of currency,general disposition regarding foreign investment,etc.).
However, more detailed information such as tax policies,etc. is often
difficult to find, and may vary from industry to industry. Therefore,
the teams representing China, Russia and Brazil will be making their
own decisions regarding these business practices as the simulation
unfolds.
