Management A class management plan is vital in any educational setting as a safe environment for students promotes effective learning. This is quite different from punishing behavior problems but involves setting the right tone in class by implementing curriculums and engaging all students in a classroom (Miang-Tak & Wai-Shing, 2008). Having a favorable environment for all students to learn is my main objective in implementing a good classroom management plan. Direct Instruction This is a type of instruction where the teacher will be directing the learning activities to the class as a whole group. The goal for this instruction is to make students have a clear understanding of all the class requirements.
