Choose a leadership area for your project. Write a paragraph presenting your choice and at least two reasons why you want to work in this area.
The structures and personalities for decision making affect the ethics of an organization. How are decisions made in an organization? Who makes them? Are decisions made individually or collectively? What accountability are built in to maintain ethics?

Remember, your project is to develop and present a process tool for measuring and strengthening ethical practices in organizational leadership in a Human Services organization.
