the first place (ie., was there civil society pressure to do so?) What kinds of CSR activities does it carry
out? How are these efforts being judged today? Is the company considered a leader in sustainability and
corporate responsibility, or is there public scepticism about its efforts? Do the company’s efforts seem to
have improved its corporate image, and/or bottom line?
Identify the key stakeholder groups that this company might need to take into consideration. Choosing three
of these groups, analyse the implications of the CSR policies for each group, comparing and contrasting the
differences in their needs and interests, in relation to the company?s concrete CSR efforts.
